Good old Tony Blackburn, DJ op BBC Radio 2 in Engeland, heeft deze maand 7 legendarische PAMS jingles voor zichzelf laten inzingen. Het gaat om 2 cuts uit Series 18 Sonosational uit 1961 (cuts 1 en 20), en 5 cuts uit series 27 Jet Set uit 1964 (cuts 1,5, 9, 8 en 25).De resings zijn gemaakt door S2blue van Steve England en zoon Simon Prentice. Het Britse bedrijf vertegenwoordigt van oudsher het Amerikaanse jinglemerk PAMS voor Engeland, Schotland\u00a0 en Ierland.Tony Blackburn (geboren op 29 januari 1943en dus inmiddels 68 jaar oud!!!) is een beroemde Britse disc jockey, die programma’s heeft gemaakt voor ‘piraten’ als Radio Caroline en Radio London in de jaren 60 en blijft maar graag hangen in die eregalerij van de oude glorie.
