Hij kocht enkele jaren geleden het studiocomplex aan de Office Parkway 4141 in Dallas, ooit het onderkomen van het legendarische jinglebedrijf PAMS. Tienduizenden wereldberoemde jingles zijn er opgenomen, voor jinglefielen geldt het gebouw als de Abbey Road Studios van de jingles. Maar de dure aankoop groeide Thompson boven het hoofd en hij moest medio 2010 noodgedwongen verkopen. Inmiddels telt het pand alweer een aantal nieuwe en jonge bedrijven en bedrijfjes.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">Bijvoorbeeld <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.atthereal.com');\"  href=\"http:\/\/www.atthereal.com\" target=\"_blank\">Reel to real studios<\/a>, gespecialiseerd in voice over opnamen, music libraries, sound effect libraries en radio commercials. Het bedrijf gebruikt de originele PAMS studio&#8217;s voor dit werk.
