Veel mensen grijpen meteen naar de afstandsbediening zodra de reclameblokken beginnen. De nieuwe norm gaat binnen enkele maanden van kracht.\u00a0De VEA, de overkoepelende vereniging van reclamebureaus, wijst erop dat er vooral kwaliteitsverschillen zijn tussen de apparatuur waarmee omroepen en reclamemakers werken. Verschil in volume tussen programma&#8217;s en spotjes is er volgens hem niet of nauwelijks. &#8220;Er is vaak sprake van oorbedrog&#8221;, concludeert directeur Frans Blanchard.
