19.07.2025<\/strong> – Mede-jinglefan Peter van Klei liet ons weten dat ons eerdere bericht<\/a> over de PAMS-jingle voor de Sourcy-reclame een aanvulling behoeft. En daar heeft hij gelijk in.

Het gaat om cut 1 uit de PAMS Series #28 Happiness is a thing called\u2026, de jingle heeft als naam Get happy en komt uit 1964. Deze jingle belandde in 2008 in een reclame<\/a> voor de frisdrank Sourcy.
Die reclame is zeer waarschijnlijk (als tussenstap) gebaseerd op de single Happiness, in 2008 gemaakt door A. Skillz en Krafty Kuts. A. Skillz heet in de echte wereld Adam Mills en komt uit Stevenage, ten noorden van London, Engeland. Muzikaal is hij thuis in de genres breakbeat, hip hop, big beat en nu-funk. Verder is hij dj. In 2008 produceerde hij de single Happiness<\/a> samen met Krafty Kuts. Dat is eveneens een Britse producer en dj van elektronische muziek en breakbeat, hij komt uit Brighton, ten zuiden van London.

En inderdaad, de heren Skillz (Adams) en Kuts maakten hun plaatje op basis van cut 1 uit de PAMS Series #28 Happiness is a thing called. Geen idee of ze daar aan PAMS keurig rechten voor hebben betaald.
