Tussen 1951 en 1991 werden de legendarische uitzendingen van Luxemburg 208 van hieruit over Europa uitgestraald. Het was de plek waar de jeugd in de schraalheid van de publieke radiozenders in de vijftiger jaren voor het eerst Elvis en Chuck Berry kon horen en Everly Brothers en Cliff &#8211; de middengolfsignalen werden op die manier een inspiratiebron van al die popartisten die in het decennium erna het muzieklandschap geheel zouden veranderen.
