Wells heeft onmiskenbaar de mooiste stem van iedereen op de radio en het kost je doorgaans vijftig dollar om hem te laten zeggen: KISS one ooo two hit radio of iets met je eigen naam erin, want hij spreekt tegen een fikse betaling slogans in voor radiostations uit de hele wereld. Hij is daarnaast iemand die houdt van het bovennatuurlijke. De goden waren kosmonauten, in een piramide verga je niet als je op 2\/3 onder de top wordt begraven, spruitjes groeien sneller in water waar met een pendel kracht aan toe is gevoegd, dat soort werk. Maar je kunt hem ook urenlang horen en zien praten zonder dat het je een stuiver kost. Hij is namelijk de presentator van &#8216;Caravan to midnight&#8217;, en dat is echt wat je radio met plaatjes kunt noemen: Wells interviewt er in beeld (en geeft heel veel zijn eigen mening) en via een goedkoper lijnverbinding zie je dan de ge\u00efnterviewde en het gaat allemaal over het vage tot het z\u00e9\u00e9r vage.
