\nDe website toont alleraardigste details: zo is de verkoopprijs op 1 dollar na 1,5 miljoen ($1,499,999). En de parkeerplaats telt 24 plaatsen. O ja, en ook het dak is in 2013 vernieuwd. Wie echt interesse heeft, kan de uitgebreide verkoopfolder bekijken. Daarin staat\u00a0een actuele en technisch uitstekende plattegrond van het gebouwtje (dat in 1961 speciaal voor PAMS is gebouwd).\u00a0Die\u00a0brochure<\/a>\u00a0hebben we even voor je online gezet. Op de foto in de brochure zien we de naam Dallas Carstore op de ramen staan. Stephen Smith van Dallas Carstore \u00a0laat ons desgevraagd weten dat zijn bedrijf inmiddels niet meer op het adres is gevestigd. Kortom: het PAMS-gebouw staat inderdaad te koop!
