Dat blijkt uit het nieuwste overzicht van het vooraanstaande onderzoeksbureau Arbitron. Het News Talk format trekt 11,4 procent van de luisteraars in de markt. Pop Contemporary Hit radio is goed voor 8,.2 procent en het zachtere Adult Conteporary voor 8.1 procent. Daarna worden de punten van de koek wel heel erg smal. Procentenwerk! Het Oldies format weet maar 1,8 procent van de luisteraars te bekoren, All News nog minder: 1,4 procent. Smooth AC trekt slechts 0,2 procent van de markt, net als all Jazz. Nostalgia (met bigband muziek van Glen Miller of Tommy Dorsey) levert een niet meetbaar resultaat op: 0,0 procent. Hou daar maar mee op jongens.
